		<description>Though I don&#039;t see mistakes or greedy behavior as gendered, I do think the present controllers of our lives have had more than enough time to get it right. It will be encouraging to finally see the pool for potential success expand. Why would fear of corrective measures exist in any sector unless someone is in favor of oppression for profit? Time will tell as it always does. If we don&#039;t see and act too late that is!</description>
