Recently I saw an episode of Law and Order that exposed the possibility of modifying or faking DNA. If this is true, or becomes true, there is no certainty. Laws cannot make good or loving parents. They can, however, be used to make truth in some eyes. Whether that's a good thing I don't know. What a mess we're in!
