I just tried doing that myself, and I got a totally different list of links. 1) Wikipedia for murder 2) Murder at dictionary.com 3) murdervictims.com 4) List of news articles for murder 5) Results from a search for the word murder at the website for Chicago Tribune
I know that if you’re logged into a google account, it changes the results of a search based on other websites you’ve visited in the past or other key terms you’ve searched for… that is, it ranks them differently. I think this might be a case for that, instead of google getting it wrong… either that, or they totally changed things between the time of the original post and my experiment.
